Returns

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • It must be in the original packaging.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Items marked as Final Sale

Exchange

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

International Returns

  • International customers can return items within 5 days of delivery.
  • All international returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
  • Please mark the package as “Return Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
